Meme generator adds the familiar top and bottom captions to an image — or in-picture text anywhere you like. Each text layer is draggable and independently sized, so a line can sit outside the two traditional bands, which is what the format has drifted toward anyway. Text is rendered as pixels into the exported PNG rather than stamped as a separate layer, so the result looks identical everywhere it is posted.
